We are not “salespersons”

We are professional Realtors; not “salespersons”. We do not try to “sell” you anything.

We will never try to push you, pressure you, coerce you or convince you to buy anything. We are your advisors and counselors. We strive to help you make the best choices for you based on all the available information, to try to get you the best possible deal and achieve your goals.

We are licensed by the California department of real estate. We have passed rigorous educational requirements and testing to assure that we have the knowledge and competence to handle your real estate transaction. We have also been fingerprinted and have passed a thorough background check assuring that we have no criminal record and have the integrity to honestly help you.

We understand you are looking for a new home that fits your needs and desires. And we want to be the real estate professionals to help you. We work with each of our clients individually and as a team effort, so you always have one of us by your side. We take the time to understand your unique needs and lifestyle.

We love matching our clients with the home they have always imagined. It’s incredibly fulfilling to know we are helping them open a new chapter of their lives. That’s why we work so hard to not only find that perfect home, but also to handle every last detail of the purchase process, from negotiating the terms of sale to recommending moving companies.

But please remember, Realtors are people, too! It takes a lot of time and effort “behind the scenes” to make appointments and drive around to the homes we show you. We expect you to keep appointments and be on time. We understand that sometimes you can’t make it on time or need to cancel. If that happens, call us as soon as you know.

In a nutshell, simply show us the same respect and common courtesy we show you!
